Concerned citizens have begged authorities to intervene after 2 young children were seen begging in Siem Reap last night.
The brother and sister were found sleeping on the sidewalk at the Koh Ker traffic light in Sangkat Slor Kram, Siem Reap, 20:30, May 2, 2024.
It is hoped that authorities will step in and take the children into protective care and avoid the distressing sight of children sleeping in the streets of Cambodia’s premier tourist destination.
